MGHypnoBirthing is an established HypnoBirthing® practise covering North Essex, based in Bocking.

The courses are run by Marilyn Griffin an experienced Hypno/Psychotherapist and teaches mothers and their birth companions what to expect during pregnancy and childbirth; and how perfectly designed a woman’s body is to give birth naturally, calmly and with little or no experience of pain.

It's hard to believe, but thousands of women, worldwide, have experienced an easy and comfortable birth using the Marie Mongan method of HypnoBirthing®.

The classes teach you and your birth partner some simple but specialised relaxation and breathing techniques. HypnoBirthing® doesn’t require any particular belief system, or prior experience. Some of our clients have been very sceptical at first, especially the dads, – yet it’s often our dads who rush out and tell the world how amazing HypnoBirthing® is!

Marilyn has been invited to speak to midwives and NCT groups in the Essex area about the benefits of HypnoBirthing® and is delighted to see how positively it is being embraced by medical professionals.
