About Me
My own children were born before the advent of HypnoBirthing®, but I developed a similar awareness for birth and so was able to enjoy my birth experiences. I am keen to ensure that all parents have the opportunity to experience birth as it should be, natural, joyous and calm. Having been present at many births, I have been privileged to see how wonderful natural birth can be and feel almost evangelical about spreading the word!
In addition to being a Certified HypnoBirthing® Practitioner I run a busy Hypno/Psychotherapy & NLP practice. This additional training enables me to help my clients remove any emotional barriers and fears that they may have from earlier experiences or mistaken beliefs surrounding birth, freeing them to enjoy this experience as it should be.
