I offer classes individually and in small groups.
These classes are usually held on a weekday evening, commencing at 7.30. Ideally, HypnoBirthing® classes are held weekly over five weeks, with each class lasting around two and a half hours.
They typically commence around the 28th week of pregnancy, so that there is plenty of time to practise and become completely comfortable with the relaxation, visualisations and other important empowering aspects of HypnoBirthing®. However, as the ideal isn’t always possible in real life I therefore do all I can to tailor my classes around my clients.
Some mothers have not discovered HypnoBirthing® until the 37th week of their pregnancy and so we have had something of a crash course. They too, have benefitted greatly and have gone on to have wonderful births.
As a practising Hypno/psychotherapist and NLP practitioner, I am able to bring a deep understanding to my clients needs and bring about a positive, upbeat expectation of their birth.
The fee for the classes, for mother and birth companion is £250, which includes book, CDs and class handouts, together with any additional birth related hypnotherapy support you may need. I do appreciate that couples face many expenses at this time and so would be happy to talk, in confidence, about payment terms and individual circumstances. I offer a full refund of the course fees in the unlikely event that after the first class you decide that HypnoBirthing® is not for you.
